Bookings and appointments
- An online booking is a request for a slot. Our team confirms it by phone; the slot is held for you until confirmation.
- Time slots shown online reflect live availability. Slots that have passed or are fully booked cannot be selected.
- You may reschedule or cancel a future appointment free of charge from your patient account.
Pricing
- Prices shown on the website are indicative and may be revised. The rate applicable is the rate in force on the date of the test.
- Package contents can be customised; customised packages may be priced differently.
- Home sample collection is free within Raipur city limits unless stated otherwise.
Reports
- Reports are diagnostic aids and must be correlated clinically by your treating doctor.
- Computer-generated reports are not valid for medico-legal purposes unless separately certified.
- Reports are released only to the patient or an authorised representative.
Preparation and liability
- Where fasting or other preparation is specified, results may be invalid if it is not followed; a repeat test may be chargeable.
- Please inform our staff if you are or may be pregnant before any X-ray, CT or fluoroscopic procedure.
Statutory compliance
Prenatal sex determination is strictly prohibited under the PC-PNDT Act, 1994. Ruprela Diagnostics does not perform or disclose it under any circumstances.
