Ruprela Diagnostics collects only the information required to deliver diagnostic services to you — your name, contact details, age, gender and the clinical information relevant to the tests you book.

How we use your information

• To schedule, confirm and deliver your appointments and tests
• To prepare, verify and deliver your reports and invoices
• To contact you about your booking, report or account
• To meet statutory record-keeping and regulatory requirements

How we protect it

• Reports and invoices in your patient account are visible only after you log in
• Passwords are stored using one-way cryptographic hashing and are never readable by staff
• Access to clinical records is restricted to authorised staff on a need-to-know basis

What we never do

• We do not sell your personal or medical information
• We do not share your reports with third parties without your consent, except where required by law
• We do not perform or record prenatal sex determination, in compliance with the PC-PNDT Act

Your choices

You may update your details at any time from your patient account, or ask us to correct them by calling the centre. To request deletion of your account, contact us with proof of identity — note that clinical records must be retained for the period required by law.
