Booking
How do I book an appointment at Ruprela?
You can book online from any test, service or package page — pick a date and one of the live available time slots. Slots that have already passed today, or that are fully booked, are disabled automatically. You can also call 0771 2234270 / 74708 89922, or send your prescription on WhatsApp and our team will confirm the tests and price.
Can I reschedule or cancel my appointment?
Yes. Log in to your patient account, open My Appointments, and use Reschedule or Cancel. Rescheduling shows the same live slot picker; cancelling releases the slot immediately for other patients.
Do I need a doctor's prescription?
A prescription is recommended so the radiologist knows exactly what to look for, but walk-in screening tests and health packages can be booked without one.
Home Collection
Is home sample collection really free?
Yes, home sample collection is free within Raipur city limits. Imaging tests such as X-ray, CT, sonography, mammography, DEXA and OPG can only be performed at the centre.
How soon does the phlebotomist arrive?
For morning fasting samples we schedule collection between 7:00 AM and 10:00 AM. For other tests, our team confirms a window when you book.
Reports
When will my report be ready?
Most reports — X-ray, sonography, ECG and routine blood tests — are ready the same day, often within a few hours. Specialised assays may take 24–48 hours. CBCT and OPG images are frequently available within minutes.
How do I get my report?
Log in to your patient account and open My Reports to view, print or save as PDF. Reports are also delivered on WhatsApp and email at no extra cost, and printed copies can be collected at the centre.
I have an old report number but no account. Can I still download it?
Yes — use the Download Report page with your report number and registered mobile number. Or simply register with the same mobile number and all your past reports will link to your account automatically.
Payments
Do I need to pay in advance?
No. Booking is free and no advance payment is required — you can pay at the centre. Online payment is available for health packages if enabled.
Do you accept insurance and TPA cards?
We work with a wide TPA and healthcare network including Vidal Health (LIC), MediBuddy, MD India, Health India, ICICI Lombard, Visit Health, Health Assure and others. Please carry your card and a photo ID.
Tests
Is X-ray or CT radiation dangerous?
A chest X-ray delivers a very small dose — comparable to a few days of natural background radiation — and digital systems reduce it further. Always tell the technician if you are or may be pregnant.
Do you perform prenatal sex determination?
No. Prenatal sex determination is strictly prohibited under the PC-PNDT Act and we comply fully with the law.
What is endoanal ultrasound and why is Ruprela known for it?
360° endoanal ultrasound images the anal sphincter and surrounding tissue to map fistula tracts, abscesses and piles before surgery. Ruprela is the only centre in Central India offering it, with more than 6,000 procedures completed.

Can you run a camp at our factory site?
Yes. We deploy healthcare teams and mobile screening infrastructure for on-site employee examinations and high-volume workforce medical camps. Contact us with your headcount and requirement for a proposal.
