Late Dr. Rajesh Ruprela

Dr. Rajesh Ruprela established Ruprela X-Ray Centre at Ghadi Chowk, Raipur in 1982. A renowned radiologist, he built the organisation on a single principle — reports a doctor can rely on. Under his leadership Ruprela became the first private diagnostic centre in Chhattisgarh to introduce digital X-ray technology, and later the first in the state to establish digital mammography and digital OPG imaging. His legacy of accuracy, integrity and continuous technological investment still guides every department of the group.

Dr. Harshad Ruprela

Dr. Harshad Ruprela took over the leadership and operations of the organisation in 2016. Under his dynamic leadership, Ruprela Diagnostics has expanded from a single diagnostic centre into a comprehensive healthcare group comprising multiple diagnostic facilities across Chhattisgarh, a 50-bedded NABH-accredited multi-speciality hospital, advanced radiology and pathology services, a dedicated industrial health screening division, and AI-driven digital healthcare solutions.

He personally reports radiology studies at the centre, and has driven the group's expansion into occupational health — today serving 150+ industries with more than 50,000 employee health examinations every year. He is also a promoter of Healthopolis Private Limited, the AI healthcare technology company behind the indigenous Health ATM platform.

Dr. Neha Patil

Dr. Neha Patil reports all Cone Beam CT studies at the centre, covering implant planning, impacted teeth, TMJ evaluation, cysts, jaw pathology and orthodontic assessment on the Carestream CS Cone Beam 8200 Neo Edition system.

Rajesh Sahu

Leads the technical team responsible for digital X-ray, OPG, mammography and CBCT acquisition, ensuring first-time-right positioning and the lowest practical radiation dose for every patient.
